Global Senior Pastors
Phil and Lucinda Dooley became the Global Senior Pastors of Hillsong Church in February 2023. This followed 16 years as Lead Pastors of Hillsong Church Africa, which they planted in Cape Town in 2008. Before that, they spent 12 years leading Hillsong Australia’s youth and young adult ministries.
Hillsong Global Support Team
The Hillsong Global Support Team provides clarity and support to local churches via the Global Support Framework, coordinating governance, alignment, and resources while empowering local leaders.
Hillsong Church Board
The Hillsong Church Board utilizes mature board oversight for accountability and wise decisions, defining roles in the Global Governance Framework alongside Global Senior Pastors and Support Team.
