-Ensuring communication is clear across all teams including FOH, MONS, CP, Events, Worship Team, etc..
-Head stage managers responsible for rostering team schedules and handling inventory list.
-In charge of sending out a detailed weekly debrief.
Service Responsibilities & Call Times
-Call times for Stage Managing team is 7AM for morning services and 2:45PM for the afternoon services.
-During the services it is the role of the stage managing team to support the Pastors, Worship team, and CPs. Stage Managers are responsible for the movement of items (pulpits, resource table, mic stands, etc.) on and off stage and for the allocation of microphones during each service.
-Additionally, Stage Managers provide refreshments for the pastors and vocalists for each service.
-Along with these tasks the Stage Managers are there to support the rest of the teams before and during the service to ensure that the stage looks clean and presentable at all times.
