We love that we are building a church that builds a nation and ultimately the continent of Africa and beyond. We believe that this years missions trip to Kenya is going to be our most significant Missions Trip EVER!
Nairobi, capital city of Kenya is home to over 3 million people and is considered the financial capital of East-Africa. It is also home to the world’s 2nd largest slum, Kibera. So from up-market malls and high-rise buildings, to large-scale unemployment and poverty, it is therefor a city of vast contrast and challenges.
This said, we believe that the CHURCH IS THE HOPE OF THE WORLD and that Jesus is the only answer to these challenges. Being a short-term mission’s trip our view is that by coming alongside and strengthening the existing work being done, we can have a long-term impact. We aim to work closely with existing churches and organisations during our time there.
