Hillsong Church member based at the Hills Campus in Sydney, Australia since 1988. As a volunteer for over three decades, he is acutely aware that Hillsong Church is not built on the gifts and talents of a few, but by the service and sacrifice of many.

Stephen has global professional experience and a strategic approach. He has a focus on stewardship, operational excellence, and the growth of an enduring church community. He has a wealth of commercial experience in professional practice as principle of a boutique financial services firm from 1996. Stephen completed a Doctor of Business Administration at Macquarie University in 2010.
Stephen is committed to continuous learning and skills development and is well placed to make contributions to strategy and structure.

Stephen has been a director and chair of many commercial businesses and brings leadership skills in governance, risk and assurance, education, information systems, systems excellence, and supply chain. He has both commercial and charitable governance experience. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Church & Spiritual Leadership
A member of Hillsong Church for close to 38 years at Hills Campus Australia, Louise has been both a leader of and significant contributor to our Connect Group programs and is actively involved in weekend services as a seating community host. From 1999 – 2004, Louise held a leadership role with Hillsong’s Community Service arm.
Career & Industry
Louise was elected to the House of Representatives in 2004 and 2007 for the seat of Greenway, and in 2010 for the seat of Macquarie. During her time in the Parliament of Australia, she held the positions of Shadow Parliamentary Secretary for Immigration and Citizenship, Shadow Minister for Veterans’ Affairs and was involved in many committees in various capacities. Louise left the House of Representatives on 2 July 2016. During her 25-year career as a Social Worker, she worked at the Department of Social Security, Wesley Mission, as a Technical and Further Education teacher, a family and couples counsellor in private practice, and led multidisciplinary teams in the health sector.

Louise was previously the Board Chair and Non-executive Director of the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare. Her roles as Shadow Minister have equipped her with extensive experience in scrutiny and appraisal of policies and legislation. She was appointed to the Hillsong Australia Board in 2022 and is a member of the Australian Nominations Committee. She is a graduate of the Australia Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Pastors Phil and Lucinda Dooley were appointed Global Senior Pastors of Hillsong Church in February 2023. Phil and Lucinda each have over 30 years ministry experience. They have established a thriving Hillsong Church in South Africa with multiple campuses and over 15,000 worshipers.
Career & Industry
Before moving to Cape Town, South Africa, to plant Hillsong Church in 2008, Phil and Lucinda had led the youth and young adult ministries of Hillsong Church Australia for 12 years. Phil was also involved in pioneering Hillsong United’s worship music ministry.

Dane first attended Hillsong in 1996 and has volunteered in multiple capacities since 1998. Notably, he was Lead Pastor of our Northern Beaches campus, as well as service leadership roles in the Hills Campus.
Career & Industry
Dane is an experienced executive and manager with over 20 years of experience in Business Management and Information Technology. Throughout this time, Dane has been responsible for leading industry verticals in Australia and across the Asia Pacific region for IBM. He currently serves as the Managing Principal of Security at IBM Australia & New Zealand, overseeing business outcomes and customer success for IBM's Security Software products and services.

Dane is currently undertaking Executive MBA studies at the University of NSW. In 2021 he graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is currently serving as a director of Hillsong Australia, Hillsong International, chairperson of the Australian Nominations Committee and member of the Global Nominations Committee.

Since moving to Sydney in 2014, Amanda has been an active member of Hillsong Church. She has served in various capacities, more recently being active in the business connect community and serving in financial stewardship.
Career & Industry
Amanda is an experienced banking executive with over 20 years in the finance industry. Amanda offers expertise in senior leadership, business acumen, risk management and leading transformation. Qualified with a Bachelor of Business majoring in finance and her Executive MBA. Amanda is passionate about developing people and has championed and chaired multiple women’s events, both locally and internationally.

Amanda is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). She was appointed to the Hillsong Australia Board in 2019 and is a member of the Renumeration Committee as well as the Finance and Audit Committee.

Jessica has attended Hillsong Church for over 20 years. During this time, she has served in Hillsong Kids as both a service oversight and team member. Jessica also leads a connect group in our Hills Campus in Australia.
Career & Industry
Jessica is a director and managing partner of an established and thriving Greater Sydney law firm. She is a practicing solicitor with a reputation for providing robust representation, and discerning commercial advice to her private clients, navigating them through legal opportunities and challenges.
Admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia, she has degrees in law and commerce, and many years of experience in the legal industry. Jessica is an astute business leader and is proficient in various facets of corporate management. Her practice areas are property law, commercial law, wills, estates, family provision and family law.

Jessica has held the role as a director of an incorporated legal practice for over 10 years. She was appointed to the Hillsong Australia Board in 2022 and is a member of the Australian Nominations Committee.

Robyn, a Mamu/Djirribal woman from North Queensland, possess a strong foundation in Biblical theology due to her upbringing as the child of Pentecostal Pastors in the ACC. As a highly qualified and experienced indigenous woman, she serves as leadership support in the Darwin Hillsong Campus whilst working in various roles in the community.
Career & Industry
Robyn has been a Lecturer in Teacher education at the Batchelor institute since 1991. With a deep interest in learning, communication and knowledge creation, she recently completed her doctorate work, exploring these subjects extensively. Her expertise extends to research, indigenous research methodologies, both-ways education, Aboriginal English as an academic discourse, staff development, leadership development, organisational development and teaching. Her education background includes a Masters in Applied Linguistics with a focus on Education and Social Linguistics. Currently she holds the position of Doctoral Fellow under Batchelor Institute’s Research Collaborations programs and is activity engaged in the higher education.

Robyn has been a Member of the Hillsong Racial Equity Committee for the past two years. She is also an active member of Australians Together and their Indigenous Advisory Committee. Currently, Robyn serves as a Director of the Adult Learning Australia Board and acts as an education consultant for the Government.

David has been an integral member of Hillsong Church for over 20 years. He has a strong passion for serving others and has volunteered across various parts within the church. He has been a significant contributor and consultant on The Hillsong IT committee. David integrates his Christian convictions with his corporate responsibilities and brings a servant-shaped leadership style that treats others with dignity and care.

David has an engineering background and over 20 years’ experience as a respected technology leader who has driven transformational change across various industries in communications, medical devices and industrial automation. He is well regarded for strategic thinking and building strong leadership teams to enable high performing organisations. As a passionate people leader, he is committed to focusing on an individual’s potential and their growth. Currently, he is the CEO at Veridapt, a commodity management and monitoring company serving the broader commodities ecosystem including producers, traders and bankers.
