Becoming a Birmingham Group Leader
Before you become a Hillsong Group Leader we need you to read the below requirements carefully and complete each step as instructed. These steps ensure that we fulfil our legal requirements as a registered charity and also to ensure that being a Group Leader is the right fit for you.
Once you’ve completed all the requirements, your team leader will be in touch and you’ll be set up to manage your Group on Planning Center.
Complete the 4 Steps Below
The management of Hillsong UK Groups takes place on Planning Center. As a Group Leader we need you to understand and agree to how the information we collect will be used. Both you and your leader will receive a confirmation once completed.
Next, you'll need to sign the Hillsong Volunteer Agreement via the link below. Both you and your team leader will receive a confirmation once completed.
Watch the Data Protection Training Video below. Pay close attention, you'll need to complete the test below and score at least 80%.
Now that you've watched the Data Protection Training Video, you'll need to complete and pass the Hillsong Data Protection Test, using the link below.

Complete the Hillsong Safeguarding Training. This training takes around 1 hour to complete.
Please self-register via the Safeguarding Training Registration button below, using the Registration Key @hillsong.
Once registered, login below using the Safeguarding Training Login button.
You should have received an email confirming that you’ve completed each step. Please contact your leader, they will confirm that all the steps have been completed and that you’re ready to start your Group!
