Before you join our Conference Team we need you to read the below requirements carefully and complete each step as instructed. These steps ensure that we fulfil our legal requirements as a registered charity and also to ensure that this team is the right team fit for you.

In the course of volunteering you may come into contact with and use ‘personal', ‘sensitive personal’, and ‘confidential' information. All Volunteers must handle, store and share this information in line with the Hillsong Privacy Policy and also comply with the relevant data protection laws and regulations.
Please read carefully the Hillsong Data Protection Principles, accessed via the link below, to understand the six key principles of data protection and your responsibilities to follow these in your volunteering role. Then sign and submit the form to acknowlege your agreement to comply with these key principles.
You should have received an email confirming that you’ve completed each step. Please contact your team leader, they will confirm that all the steps have been completed and that you’re ready to join your new team!
