The last few years have been a challenging for everyone but it is often those marginalised who gets hit the hardest. For asylum seekers in the UK, Covid-19 has meant that a decision on their status has been delayed, creating a backlog and increased number of people in the asylum system
The need is great and in London alone, an estimated 6,000 asylum seekers are housed in or around the capital and in need of support. Currently we are providing English classes, supplying clothing, toiletries and help families with placing their children in school

Community Café
The Community Café, is a weekly gathering for those new to the UK that we run together in partnership with HTB Church. The café provides a place for people seeking asylum to practice their conversational English, meet with locals, and enjoy local ethnic food every Monday night in West London.
Apart from social connection and English support we aim to provide practical provision and signposting with regards to housing, accessing services and setting up life in the UK.
We are in the process of creating pathways for employment and skills development for our beneficiaries – if you are able to support or contribute in this please email [email protected] .
